Domain transfer failed

Hi,

I tried to transfer my domain from my own registrar, but didn't remember to unlock it.

I received a reminder email, so I unlocked the domain at the old registrar and then I received another email that says, "To resubmit it, visit the following URL and follow the instructions:" but at that URL, all I see is, "
Failed Transfers
The status of the transfer for assonance.org does not allow for resubmission."

Any help is appreciated,

we have sent our transfer confirmation to the domains whis listed admin contact:
Admin Email:dns.20.remleduff@spamgourmet.org

is that a valid and monitored email address?
