DNS settings & Squarespace - Resolved

Hi, I've tried to connect my website (rvmh.ch) to a new Squarespace hosting with new A and CNAME entries.

However, the new entries are not recognised by Squarespace and don't seem to be working. The www entry still points to the old IP address.

Has anyone faced the same problem when connecting to Squarespace?

hello the domain has azure-dns nameservers delegated to it so any zone file data would need to be created on those servers directly
