E elmat New Member Dec 6, 2017 #1 Hi I am a ZoneEdit Legacy user having a single domain hosted. The domain is elmat.co.in. The domain seems to have gone down since 5th. and I am unable to receive any e-mail nor the website is opening. Pls help. I am a rookie in this matter.

sandy Administrator Staff member Dec 6, 2017 #4 on the zoneedit side change the NS records to point to dns1.zoneedit.com and dns2.zoneedit.com and then contact the domains registrar and make sure only those tow above nameservers are delegated. sandy
