Quest & Comcast are our ISP
Network Solutions is where we purchased our Domain name years ago
Sucurri is our firewall and the reason you won't see ZoneEdit as endpoint. We have whitelisted this IP and DNS at their end too.

But ZoneEdit is our DNS registrar. We have added multiple A records over the years. This is the first time we are facing this issue. Please let me know if there is a number we call to discuss this issue in detail.

sorry, zoneedit does not provide phone support... but as a paid account you can use the Get Support link on your members page to use our ticketing support.
... but I do not see how zoneedit is providing the DNS service when zoneedit nameservers are not delegated at the registrar.
