DDNS not propagating

I rebooted my router about an hour ago. DDNS is being updated in ZoneEdit settings but doesn't seem to be prorogating. I tried editing in the settings and saving again about 20 minutes ago.
This just started today, normally it updates fairly quickly.

The domain is 10.ca

The dynamic IP 142.162.168.248 is currently resolving on both our servers and on Google's public servers. If you continue to have issues with this please let us know.
