Credentials not working.

Hi,
My Zoneedit credentials are not working. I cannot reset the password since the reset link is being sent to an eamil ID of employee which is his personal email ID @gmail.com. He is working anymore with our organization and his not in contact. it has been a long time (more then 6 years) since I have not edited the DNS. My domain name is 3psmedia.com
What is the process of changing the email ID. It can be changed to admin@3psmedia.com

Okay. I had a question.

If I create a new account and do the below process of verification will it move the domain 3psmedia.com to this new account ?
Will it delete all the existing DNS records? since they need to be there else it will break all my setup.

Okay it is clear now. I will do as suggested.
Create new account and do the domain verification.
It will take some time for that probably tomorrow. Request to keep this ticket open until then.

that is the only way for you to gain access as it proves you have authority over the domain name. You will have to contact that registrar and provide them documentation proving you are the domains owner.
