Correct way to set up MX record on Dynamic DNS

Hi, I was checking something on my mail configuration on my local system, and was given a warning that: The MX record points to a CNAME record.

On checking this I see that for the correct configuration it should point to an A (or AAAA). How do I configure this for Dynamic DNS. This is what I currently have:

you could remove the Cname for smtp and create a wildcard DNS record using the * as the host and enabling wildcard updates on the device you are using for dynamic DNS.
