PLease share the Contact numbers for Customer Support because we face lot of Issue and want to connect with Them.
Issue:-
We have noticed someone regularly logging into XXXXX Zoneedit DNS administration interface account for a few months.
Please investigate thoroughly, engage with Zoneedit support, and make sure everything is in order.
Enable MFA layer security as well,
 
hi again zoneedit does not offer telephone support and email ticketing support is available for paid subscribers. If you think your account has been access without authorization then may I suggest added two factor access control: https://support.zoneedit.com/en/knowledgebase/article/account-security

and if you hover over the User link at the top of the page select the change password option to change the account passwod snd security answers.

Hi,

I am a paid customer and MFA of the sudden got enabled on my account but it is sending the MFA token to my old email address which I don't have access to anymore, I need some help am based in Australia and the support method is sort rendered useless this way, I can't login to verify anything, you attention is appreciated please direct me with a telephone number am ready to verify everything on my account, I have sent an email today and got nothing yet, I have subscribed to mail relay for two of my domains out of about 10, please help
