Company Name Should NOT be a required field. PLEASE HELP!!

While stepping through the process within the ZoneEdit Account, your system is listing Company Name as a required field and requesting that we update this information before continuing with the transfer request.

We would like to know why your company is requiring a company name within the account. IT SHOULD BE COMMON SENSE THAT NOT EVERYONE THAT OWNS A DOMAIN NAME HAS A COMPANY NAME.

Furthermore, if we update this field, the domain will be locked and not able to be transferred for 60 days.

We are interested in transferring a domain name away from ZoneEdit ASAP, so we do not want to make any changes to the account which will cause unwanted delays in the process.

  • What can be done in order to transfer the domain name without making updates to the account details?
  • Why is your system requiring a company name?
Please advise us as to how we can proceed with the domain transfer without any delay. Thank you!

We also keep being sent in to a LOOP when attempting to get support.

We have attempted to use the GET SUPPORT link when logged in to the control panel and we keep getting a email stating: "We have moved to a community support approach for all free users of the system."

Can someone please help, by PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ANSWERS???
