Changing A IP adress on DNS server

Hello. We need to change A Adress on DNS servers ns17.zoneedit.com and ns18.zoneedit.com. Corrent IP adress there is 188.190.158.140, we need to change it to 195.24.68.25. Our domain name is zhigdsr.org.ru
Unfortunately our previous system administrator left the company whitout leaving any notes about our DNS provider, so we had to create new forum account to reach you for help.

HI there, I cannot find anywhere that tells me zhigdsr.org.ru is delegated to zoneedit nameservers. the only thing i can find is:
zhigdsr.org.ru. 3600 IN NS ns3-l3.nic.ru.
zhigdsr.org.ru. 3600 IN NS ns8-l3.nic.ru.
zhigdsr.org.ru. 3600 IN NS ns4-l3.nic.ru.

can you display how zoneedit nameservers are delegated?
