Changes to my domain are not resolving

I am currently trying to add a subdomain. However, changes to my domain are not pulling through on any of the tools used to monitor them.

A DNS lookup website is saying that there are no records setup on my subdomain

Yet the records that I have set up show that there is an a record for the domain.

It has been ~ 14 hours since i made these changes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hi there if you want a separate zone file for marketing.thecommsco.com then it needs to be set as its own zone file if you delegate that sub to zoneedit nameservers.
Do you need that separate zone? if its delegated to zoneedit nameservers then its really not required to have NS delegations but to just create the records for that sub in the parent zone file.
