Can't add new domain

Hi,
I'm trying to add a new free domain to my account and when I log out and log back in again the domain is not there anymore. I have registered the domain with the domain registrar and they are waiting for the SOA record to exist to conclude the request, but since my domain disappears from zoneedit all the time, they are not able to verify the SOA.
The domain I'm trying to add to my account is houseclearance.co.za.
Please assist.

I have added the domain and marked it as active so that should help keep the not yet registered domain name in the account.
