I am using ZoneEdit because I like to have a backup mail service. I also would like to use a DNS service that allows me to automatically renew Letsencrypt wild card certificates (with certbot), so I need an automatic check against DNS, hence a DNS with API. EasyDNS can handle the latter (I host my zones/DNS elsewhere for now, I only have a non-exposed DNS at ZoneEdit so my MX backup works). ZoneEdit handles the former for me. But what if I want both?
