Adding 2nd domain to Free account that's commercial

Hi

I have a client that has had their domain with Zoneedit for many, many years, they only had one domain until now but they now need a 2nd.

I went into their account to set up the 2nd domain only to see that there is now a non-commercial condition on the addition, what gives? This restriction was never part of the service previously.
