Account locked unable to access CPANEL

Hey Sandy I was wondering if you can help me with giving vendor access to my cpanel or creating an account that I can have a vendor go in the end set up a web player for me

sorry, all Cpanel accounts have only one set of access credentials.

I see in my cpanel that you can create sub-accounts given specific access permission I created an account but can not into it

Hi there,

The "User Manager" page creates user accounts for "Email, FTP, Webdisk" services. It is *not* for creating cPanel logins.

There is only 1 master login for the cPanel dashboard.

It's a useful page if you want to create and synchronise the same username/password info for all 3 cPanel services.
