Account disappeared?

I have a domain (dmouse.com) hosted with zoneedit. Was trying to reset my password, but it doesn't recognise my account name nor does it recognise any of the email addresses that I think might be associated with the account, so I can't reset my password, nor can I log in.
Seems like I no longer exist even though my domain is hosted.
