Access website on domainname with and without the WWW

We have an issue with the domainname esanjosesigns.com .
When we enter the domainname without www the website does not show.

hi Bram

on the domains zone file there is no record for the root domain. I see you have a Cname for www. Do you also have the IP address you can create a Host record for? the host on the zone edit page would be the @ sign to denote the root domain name.. if not then you may be able to create a URL or Stealth forward via the DNS settings links pointing the host @ at the same target the Cname for www. is pointing to.

I am semi-technical and this is one of these areas I feel uncertain about.
I have asked Hubspot, where the site is hosted, to give me an IP we can use for the A-record.
However I am afraid they don't provide an IP address.

So the next one you mention is create an URL or Stealth Forward via de the DNS setting to point esanjosesigns to the same target for www.esanjosesigns.com
Can you give me a little help to do that?
