A Record Updates not working.

Last night I changed a CNAME to an A record and entered the new IP address, but unfortunately it still hasn't changed and still resolves to the old CNAME. Initially I thought it was just taking some time to propagate, but after doing nslookup directly to the Zoneedit Name Servers (ns8.zoneedit.com/ns16.zoneedit.com), it seems like they are not updated. The web interface displays the correct information, but querying returns the old address.

Thank you for looking into it, but I'm still unable to update the IP, and it still resolves to the CNAME.

Is there any known workaround so that I finish this migration to the new server? I'd really like to be able to shut off the old one.
