5 free zones are back?

i got email about "action required: out of credits".

when i check i find this: zoneedit.com/free-dns
I'm legacy but i see only 2 free domains in those 4 domains i have for DNS.

i tried sending to support@zoneedit.com but they just answer me with "go to forums"

it shows i have 3 free slots left. but i can't manage to transfer my 2 "paid" slots to be "free" slots.
can you do that for me?

thanks. i guess i was paying for it until it got depleted.
there is no way to get those credits back, is there?
 
at any time were more than two zoneedit nameservers delegated to the domain names?

well. i had 4. 2 free + 2 paid. but i now realize there were 5 free ones? mine had only 2, which you fixed. so at one point the 3 additional free ones were introduced. but i was unaware of it until now my credits ran out.
 
ok I have added back the credits that were ported from the old zoneedit before it was purchased by easyDNS.
