2FA Recovery Code or Deactivate the 2FA

Hi,

I have bought domain "exzatechconsulting.com" from ZoneEdit and it up for renewal on 10th January 2019. I am trying to login to renew the domain using my credentials but since 2FA is active, I cannot login.

Can someone guide how to get the recovery code for 2FA or deactivate the 2FA completely so that I can login & renew the account?

I have raised many tickets, but did not get any response except the notice of renewal.
