account login problem

Hi, I tried to login to my account, after fill the "Token", got redirected and back to login page with error says "You do not have authorization to access this part of the site" What happened of my account? How do I know what's the problem?

After logging in, when I try to do anything, I am presented with a no access error and the login page is displayed. I have a legacy free account.
