Unable to add free DDNS domain

I don't seem to be able to add another DDNS domain. At first, I thought that maybe it was because I had hit a limit with 2 so I made the tough and now regrettable choice to delete one.
Then when I try to add the new domain, it still is not free.

Could someone please give me a bit of help? Really, ideally, I would want to re-add the one I deleted and add the one additional domain for DDNS.

Can you let us know either the domain name currently active, or your ZoneEdit user name?
