Problem to add more domain (legacy user)

Hi, i am a Legacy User (cambrosio5), i have only one domain in my account and i can't add more. I remember I could have up to 5 free domains, according to an email from a few months ago. Please help me! Thanks.

How long does it take to apply the change? It's been over 2 hours and I'm still the same.?

Thanks Sandy, but I do not know what happens, I reset the password, and I still see all domains (showing 1 out of 1 total)

PS: When you do the password reset, how should I proceed?

i added the 5 free slots..
you change the password.
the 5 free slots were reset to non legacy...
i then added them back.

thats the issue we need to look into.

nothing at present ... the additional free zones are now available on the add a domain link.
