Email Forwarding Delays

Over the past couple of weeks ZoneEdit is severely delaying the forwarding of my email. Emails with attachments (not large) seem to be subject to the delays more so. The delays vary from 30-60 minutes to 24 hours in a few cases. It's very, very unacceptable and is affecting my home business.

Anyone else seeing this? Is there a way to have ZoneEdit look into it? Please don't tell me this is ZoneEdit's way to persecute the free account holders.

Any feedback or help would be appreciated.

Hi Cal.. can you please let me know the domain name of concern and if you can include the full message headers from a delayed message that would be helpful as well.

There are email addresses and other data in the header I'm not sure I want on a public forum. Is there another way to get it to you?

It is also affecting my outgoing mail. I haven't seen a header yet so don't know for sure it's caused by ZoneEdit but I'm having a number of recipients complain about how long it takes to get email from me.

Sandy: Today I had more problems with my email. Slow to move through the ZoneEdit servers and several outgoing emails that never arrived at their destinations. Again, it seems to be related to emails with attachments. The size of the attachments don't seem to make any difference. This is killing me. Please help if you are able?

Thanks so much for the offer and your time. I got an email from ZoneEdit that said they fixed a problem with email and did a blanket close on a bunch of related tickets. Since then I have not had any problems so it would appear the problem has been correct.

OK, this is NOT fixed!! I thought it was but just now I sat on the phone at $300/hr with my attorney waiting for an email to get from me to him and I ended the call 30 minutes later and my email still hadn't gotten to him!! This is unacceptable! Please ZoneEdit, if you're going to route email, route it. If not, get out of the business.

the problem with zoneedit forwarding is not with us at present, the address your forwarding to has an overloaded server which is refusing connections for hours at a time:
