Hi,

I've enabled ZoneOut on my domain, but when I try and use the relay I get an error, this is the log of the conversation between my smtp server and zoneedit's

I'm using the username as it appears on the MailOut addon page, and am fairly certain I'm getting the password correct. Any ideas as to what is going wrong ?

Hi there

as a paid account holder can you please login to your zoneedit account and click the Get support link on the left side bar....... and before you do that , on the mailout area perhaps change the password
to something very easy just for testing purposes and let us know in your support ticker how that works.
