Zone Question

Hello Support,

Sorry for the elementary question, but in refernece to Zones. When you say Zones, do you mean each domain = 1 zone? Or is one A record = 1 zone? Some DNS providers say a domain is a zone and some say a record is a zone. Please help clarify.

hi there

the zone would be all the zone file records.. A MX Cnane etc all different types would encompass a domains zone file
