Where is SMTP backup service in the portal? (Contact form doesn't work)

I was checking up on my ZoneEdit account looking for my use of the SMTP backup service. It's been a while that I was logged in (just buying credits I suspect). But I can't find where I can set things. I could not even turn it off if I wanted to(I do not want that).

But I can't find where I can manage that at all anymore.

And when I tried to fill a contact form, it refuses to accept my password (but I already was logged in with that password).

Anyway, I was looking if it is possible to tell the backup SMTP to deliver the held messages to a different port than 25. That way, I would run a secondary process there to catch spammer backscatter. Spammers often use the lower priority MX to try to circumvent anti spam-measures.

what is the domain name in your account? and sorry port numbers cannot be altered for back up mx..

regards

To use it set a secondary MX record pointing to LOCAL and give it a higher preference number than the primary MX. delete that MX record to disable the service ...I am not sure why it would not accept your password./. we'll be looking into that

that part was in response to... But I can't find where I can set things. I could not even turn it off if I wanted to(I do not want that).

Yes, maybe I should have taken another example. I thought adding "I do not want that" was enough to make clear I do not want to turn it off. One learns everyday.
