Use of trademarked website name

hi there, please could someone assist with the following query. my company has a trademarked name which is being used by someone else as a parked domain name. what could we do about having said name transferred to us and what are the cost implications?
 
what is the domain name of concern? as well any transferring of ownership would not be done without the consent of the current domain owner or for a registrar to receive a court order from a jurisdictional authority.
 
zoneedit is not a .za registrar and as such cannot help with this concern. I would suggest you contact the registrar:
