URL forwarding

Hi
Am I misunderstanding but is it possible to do URL forwarding (but not for my domain).
I want all computers on my network to forward all requests for w w.youtube.co m to restrict.youtube.c om and struggling to find the setting on my router for dns forwarding or cnames, but zoneedit is suggested if you want ddns.
Can I do that here (I know I can point my router to ozneedit if I can)?
If so, where? Can't find it in the menus. Or can you only use if for dns forwarding on your own domain?

DDNS is used to point your domains host records to the current IP on your home machine.

It cannot be used to URL forward a domain name to another URL.

If I am understanding you correctly.

which menu are you looking at and what can you not find?
