URGENT: unable to log into my account to make payment

Hopefully someone from Zoneedit is monitoring this forum, because I've gotten myself into a quandry. I have a WebZONE service that is hosting my email, which has been suspended for lack of payment. I'm unable to log into my zoneedit account to make the payment because: "We have detected a new sign-in attempt into your ZoneEdit account. To verify your identity, we sent a confimation token to e••c@h•••••••n.org, the email address we have on file." When I submit a support ticket, they respond that I have to use the forums because I'm "not a paid subscriber".

Please note: if you try to contact me via the email on my account, I will not be able to receive it. Please have someone contact me at eheimerman@gmail.com as soon as possible.
