Trying to recover password, it sends e-mail but does not work!

I'm trying to log in and reset my password. It sends me a email but do not allow me to enter.

Several domains in my jandrade2 account:

jamaj.com.br
ricostiweb.com.br
(...)

First I used the google auth and it failed.
Then I tried to change the password it it send the e-mail but did not work!

I just tried again and had the same error. The new password sent to my e-mail do not work!
