Dear Support,
I have had a long standing problem with an organisation that say they are sending me emails but they never seem to arrive. I've checked online and offline SPAM folders and, (in the final mailbox), quarantine and Exchange tracking but haven't been able to find anything.
Details have been slow and difficult to obtain as the missing emails are invitation emails to an identity verification service being sent by a 3rd party. Originally they thought the email were being sent from the 3rd party's domain but now they say they are using one of the organisation's domains - either *@triodos.co.uk or *@triodos.com. Unfortunately I don't have exact email address and I don't know the domain of the 3rd party whom they refer to as just "Northrow".
Invitation emails were apparently sent on 10th February and 12th March but all I have on those dates are emails from the support address. Are you able to do any traces on those dates to my domain from those domains? If so, could you please message me privately for details of my domain and email address.
