Transferred out everything, except my credits :-)

Good day !

I had to transfer out all my domains to elsewhere in a single place, and with that I can not use the DNS/Email from ZoneEdit any more.
What must I do to stop the credits from being deducted ? -> delete the data for it in ZoneEdit. But this seems something that might lock me out somewhere.
So, can just continue deleting the domains from ZoneEdit ?

The second question : Can my available credits be refunded please ?
It is about two accounts and 20 or so domains. I'll name one domain for each account so you can find me :
phasure.com
stordiau.com

Thank you n advance !
Peter

Hi there
I only see one account and both domains listed above are in that account. what are both user IDs? I have set the domains in that acocunt to be non active so they will no longer use credits

Hi Sandy, the question was not how to avoid credits, but to refund them, please.

You are correct - I mentioned two domains from the same account. One of the other accounts is :
heartprofit.com
Apologies !

If you need the userid's after all, let me know.
And thank you for the super fast response !

hi again

' yes i understand about the refunding i can assist with that... you provided two domains one for each user account but both those domains are in the same account so I do not know what the full refund will be. and deactivating the domains means they wi no longer use credits.

for the heartprofit.com account a 25% refund can be provided, on the other account it looks to be a 100% refund on the last invoice. please click the Get Support link on both accounts to make an official request for each account ... regards

Kindly let me know whether what I just did worked out;
I applied the "Get Support" for both accounts, and also referred to this thread.
