Transfer Zone from Zoneedit

Hi All
I am planning to transfer my zone currently hosted at zoneedit to another server.
I am bit confused about the document published in the website.

How To Transfer *AWAY* From ZoneEdit

support.zoneedit.com

Is there anything I need to do on my side that will make it a lot easier.

Hi, Sam. https://support.zoneedit.com/en/knowledgebase/article/how-to-transfer-away-from-zoneedit only applies for domain names that are registered through ZoneEdit, not DNS only service domain names. Save your DNS zone file or DNS info, give it to your DNS provider, change the name servers away at your registrar, wait a while, and when satisfied your domain name is working as expected, you can delete the domain name from your ZoneEdit account. If you need additional help, purchase a credit via your USER menu and you can contact our support team directly via your ZoneEdit account.
