Hi. In order to upgrade from FREE DNS to paid service, please purchase credits via the BUY CREDITS link under the user menu of your ZoneEdit account page. After you purchase credits, you should be able to change the service to one credit per month. If you need further help after purchasing credits, you'll be able to use GET SUPPORT link near the top right corner of the ZoneEdit account page.
