Transaction charged twice and trasfer blocked

The zonetransfer process charged the domain transfer twice and the invoice (371075) is still blocked. How can the invoice be corrected?

Please verify the domain transfer workflow and payment integration.

Weird, I see paypal hit our IPN twice on this and the invoice is marked "paid in part".

Will get this fixed and the second charge refunded. Also going to process this invoice now to get the transfer going.
