How can it be that our url foxtrail.ch leads to another site than to www.foxtrail.ch?

I replied to your support ticket. We are pointing to the IP address as directed on your zoneedit members page. I would suggest you
contact the web host with this particular concern.

Thank you for your quick reply. I contacted our web host and they told me that the problem must be with zone edit. They mentioned the @ record.

Is there any possibility that we can make a dns setting for www.foxtrail.ch and foxtrail.ch. Or do we have to install a redirect from foxtrail.ch to www.foxtrail.ch?

is 193.222.138.96 the correct IP the domain name should be pointing to?
You have the root domain foxtrail.ch. pointed to that IP and a Cname for www.foxtrail.ch. pointing to a different URL at #############.siteforce.com

is that correct?

Our host changed the IP and didn't inform us. We got a new address and solved the problem.
