Subdomain creation how to

Good afternoon,

I am looking to create a new subdomain from our current domain of hampdenmaine.gov to use for our community library's website. We have a free legacy Zoneedit account and am not sure if we have available slots. We'd like the new subdomain to be library.hampdenmaine.gov if possible. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

all set be sure to ad NS records at the parent for the sub pointing to dns1.zoneedit.com and dns2.zoneedit.com
