SSL & CSR Certificate

I just renewed my SSL certificate with Register.com and now they want me to get a CSR certificate from ZoneEdit to upload to Register.com but I am not sure where to get that in Zoneedit.com, can someone please assist with this issue?

The "CSR" is typically generated on the server where you're going to install the certificate.

The only domain we have anything to do with is CPBB.ORG - we provide DNS services. We do not provide web services; thus, we cannot provide CSR.
