Setting the subdomain NS

Zoneedit is managing the NS for my main domain "octopousledscreens.com" and I have set up a subdomain with a different provider. I've added an A record for the subdomain in the DNS records as instructed by my domain/hosting provider{crazy domain}. However, the DNS changes have not yet been propagated. Am I missing a step? Here is the subdomain: "http://ledscreens.octopousledscreens.com/"

the dns changes have propagated
