Followed some advice in this forum to set up an MX record in a dynamic DNS environment.
i have a successfully working dynamic host that is being updated. there is a DYN record for it at both:
MAIL FOR ZONE MAIL SERVER PREF TTL
mydomain.com mail.mydomain.com 10 500
I have set up URL Forwarding:
HOST URL 301 TTL
mail.mydomain.com http : //myhost.mydomain.com No 500
But this isn't working for me. And I'm not sure how it's not working but mail isn't going through on a machine which used to work fine when it had a static IP. Is there a better way? Or at least a way to test to get more information? Thanks!
