Remove Credit card details

I want to remove existing credit card information from zone edit account. How to do that?

please login to your zoneedit account and click the "get support" link on the left side
bar to make an authenticated request.

From there how to I request for remove the credit card details? This is the page I got when click get support.

ahh there is not credit card data on the account. No invoices were ever generated so you would not have had the option to store credit card data for future invoices.

Hi,
Actually I paid for 8$ for 1 month subscription by 2nd September 2015 . The next month 2nd October 2015 the amount was automatically debited from my credit card. I would like to know how to stop that?

strange.... thats not one of our prices,.... do you have an invoice number or a receipt you can send in. Or can you send in an email to access@zoneedit.com, atn sandy with the last 4 digits on the credit card that was used.
