Registration Transfer to ZoneEdit / EasyZone / EasyDNS is failing.

Not sure what the problem is this time.
Can you help me make this happen?

The doamin I'm trying to transfer is no5j.org
Current registrar is domain.com
I've entered the Authorization code.
but submitting the transfer request results in the following.

"Could not issue transfer: Unable to process transfer for no5j.org: Invalid authorization information oxrs:xcp 2202:Invalid authorization information (***************). --Invalid authorization information '***************' for no5j.org. Please contact the current registrar Domain.com, LLC to verify it and try again."

I did contact them and they say they aren't the problem.

did you use the auth code provided by the current registrar or the transfer key included in our transfer confirmation email?
