Reactivating an inactive zone

Hi,
I have two active free zones, two more to add and one inactive.
How should I reactivate the inactive zone.
I see that I can do that, but it gives a notice about needing to buy credits.

Hello. please let me know a domain name in the account. Depending on the account status only one free DNS zone will be available.

if you click the Tools tab then check the BIND formatted zone you can see what nameservers are delegated.. these should also be delegated at the domains registrar.
