I've been a user of the free DNS service since long before the EasyDNS acquisition. Zoneedit is currently providing DNS for a single one of my zones. I understand that Zoneedit has restarted the 5 Free Zones policy for some legacy users, but I haven't investigated whether I am eligible for that.
I have received an ad for an end-of-year special on the hobby-level hosting service. And I am considering transfering to Zoneedit the registration of some domains registered elsewhere. If I want to buy one or more of those services from Zoneedit, but don't want to lose eligibility for any free zones for which I am now eligible, should I create a new account, or is it safe to purchase those in my existing account?
Also, I did not see if any additional services besides registration were included in a domain registration. Maybe I didn't look in the right place. I'd be grateful for an explanation or a link.
Thanks.
