problems with login

Hi,
I’m having trouble logging into my ZoneEdit account. When I try to log in, I’m prompted to "enter your token," and it says a token will be sent to my email. However, the token email takes several minutes to arrive, and by the time I enter it, I get an “invalid or expired token” error.
I’ve tried multiple times, but I’m still unable to access my account.
I had to create this new account just to post here.
Could someone from support please help me resolve this issue?
