problems with dynamic update (wget)

Since this weekend i have problems with dynamic update

wget --quiet -O - --http-user=### --http-passwd=### "https://dynamic.zoneedit.com/auth/dynamic.html?host=###"
The return message: "We are experiencing technical difficulties (ca)"
The control panel is working.
Is maintenance still in progress?
