Hi,
Under Domain Admistration, Domain Settings tab, in the all domains section I click on 'nameservers'.
At that page I click edit to edit Current Name Server Delegation and add dns1.zoneedit.com and dns2.zoneedit.com.
I get this error:
Error
Sorry, your updates were not successful. The error message was:
[420] Command failed

Array
(
[response_code] => 415
[response_text] => Authentication Error.
)
My registration expired (I was using sitelutions.com) but I renewed it through zoneedit instead.
Do I have to transfer the domain? How do I do that?
Thanks,
Andre

The domain is locked atthe current registrar:
Domain Name: AMMUNERVE.COM
Registrar: ENOM, INC.
Sponsoring Registrar IANA ID: 48
Whois Server: whois.enom.com
Referral URL: http://www.enom.com
Name Server: DNS1.NAME-SERVICES.COM
Name Server: DNS2.NAME-SERVICES.COM
Name Server: DNS3.NAME-SERVICES.COM
Name Server: DNS4.NAME-SERVICES.COM
Name Server: DNS5.NAME-SERVICES.COM
Status: clientTransferProhibited http://www.icann.org/epp#clientTransferProhibited
Updated Date: 07-oct-2015
Creation Date: 06-oct-2000
Expiration Date: 06-oct-2016

P,ease use the interface at Enom to delegate zoneedit nameservers and once complete have the registrar lock disabled and let me know when complete
I can then resubmit the registrar transfer to zoneedit.

thanks
sandy
