Password reset not working?

I tried to log into ZoneEdit today, but my password was not working. I used the "forgot password" link and got a new password. This new password is not working either. I tried again and still no success.

I'm sure I'm using the correct username... and the new password that was sent to me. Why would this happen?

If you fail to log in multiple times, your account will be locked temporarily. Even if you do a password reset, your new password will not work because your account is still locked. If you try logging in with your new password after waiting 30 minutes, you should get in.
