Outbound email SMTP info

Just signed up for the outbound email service. What info do I need from Zoneedit, and where do I enter the information on my account to make this work?

Great write-up except that the "outbound email" option under the Email tab is not showing. I've paid for the credits already and have acknowledgment of that. Now what?
